As interior design majors driven by the pursuit of identity in every creation, we are a team of three deeply passionate individuals united by our love for discovering beauty in sterling silver. We believe that jewelry should be more than just an accessory—it should be a personal expression, crafted by hand and made accessible and affordable for everyone.

That belief led us to create Kedy Sterling Silver.

"Kedy" means "cat" in Turkish, and just like cats, our pieces are full of subtle individuality. While many cats may look alike at first glance, each has its own unique personality—and we strive to bring that same sense of character to every design we make. Our jewelry may share common forms, but each piece is slightly different, handcrafted with care to reflect its own spirit.

Where do you ship from/to?

All orders are shipped from Chicago, IL. We currently ship within U.S
Regarding international shipping: Currently, the prices are quite high for shipping. I am unable to offer cheaper, untracked shipping at the moment - as a small business, Paypal/Shopify occasionally asks me to verify that I have shipped the package, and I cannot do so without tracking information.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the announcement bar.

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment via USPS:

Return Policy

If you've changed your mind about your order, please contact us ASAP using the form below so that we can cancel and refund your order prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed it can no longer be cancelled.

Our products are all handmade with customized assembly for each order. Thus, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, contact us providing your Order # and a description of the issue and we will assess potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please be mindful of us as a small business.

Order Issues

We will do our best to help locate delayed, missing/lost orders. Unfortunately, once it has been picked up by the carrier it is out of our hands. We are unable to take responsibility for any delays, missing, or lost orders.

If your order is being delayed due to an error in your shipping address, please contact us using the form below and we will contact the shipping company to make the appropriate changes. Please note that at certain steps in the shipping workflow, this may no longer be achievable.

Do you take custom requests?

Currently we are not taking custom commission requests.

When will _______ be in stock again?

All our products are handmade and as a result, sometimes we make lots of one type of jewelry and then no longer want to make that jewelry for a while.

In order to keep up with them, we don't always plan exact times we will be stocking certain jewelries. All of our items are limited in stock and may or may not be remade once they are out of stock.
